No. We don't do "trap" contracts. Either party can end the service at any time, for any reason, without a complicated explanation. You pay month-to-month and stay because you like the service, not because you have to.
How does the domain name work?
We actually prefer that you buy your own domain (official .nl guidance: visit SIDN.nl — opens in a new tab). This gives you 100% control from day one and avoids any future transfer fees.
However, if you want "Zero Tech Headache," we can buy and manage it for you. As long as you are a subscriber, we cover the annual costs and keep it running perfectly.
What if I want to leave and take the domain you bought for me?
You are never stuck. If you decide to move to another provider and we are holding the domain for you, we will transfer the ownership to you for a one-time administrative fee of €250.
(If you bought your own domain initially, this fee does not apply.)
Is the Free plan really free?
